How to register in the program

Please follow the below instructions:

• Step 1:

  Go to 

  ajwaa.baj.com.sa

   and click the Register button. Enter your Ajwaa membership number (Your Membership ID is on the back of your credit card OR it's the middle digits of your account number (starting from the 5th digit)) and your mobile number that registered in the bank system, click on accepting program Terms and Conditions, and click on the CAPTCHA button, and then click on “Register”.

• Step 2:

  You will receive SMS with a code on your mobile number registered in the bank system, enter this code and click on “Submit”.

• Step 3:

  You will be asked to create your password. Password must be more than 6 characters including one uppercase letter, one special character and alphanumeric character and special character.

• Step 4:

  A registration successful message will appear, and “Account Details” page will show with your account info, enter your email address in the email field then click on “Update”.

• Step 5:

  Login again to your account to see your points balance and enjoy Ajwaa Program services.

• Step 6:

  Go to “MY DASHBOARD” and click on “Passenger Profile”, then fill and save your passport details, also you can add and save any other passengers to the list.

• Step 7:

  In “MY DASHBOARD” you also can add and save the delivery address you wish to use for shopping from Ajwaa catalog.
