In the spirit of giving this Ramadan, Mastercard has collaborated with Carrefour KSA to help those in need. For every eligible transaction made on Carrefourksa.com using a Mastercard-branded card during the month of Ramadan 2024, Mastercard will make a donation to the Saudi Food Bank.  Our collective goal through this campaign is to contribute a total of $200,000 USD, which is estimated to fund approximately 60,000 meals for those in need.

Just go through the normal shopping process. On the payment page, please select your saved Mastercard Card or enter a new Mastercard Card and complete your check out during the month of Ramadan (expected to be during the period of 09 March 2024 to 08 April 2024, which dates may vary based on the official declaration of Ramadan in the KSA).

No minimum transaction amount is required to participate in the Ramadan initiative.

4.What if I cancel/return the product?

If an order is cancelled or a refund request issued, your transaction will no longer qualify for a donation by Mastercard to the Saudi Food Bank. 

All products available on Carrefourksa.com shall be eligible for the Ramadan initiative.

• This "Ramadan Initiative" is provided by Mastercard Asia Pacific Pte (“Mastercard”) and is supported by Majid al Futaim through the website carrefourksa.com and the mobile site and mobile application thereof (collectively). All donations in connection with the Ramadan Initiative shall be made directly by Mastercard to the Saudi Food Bank (“SFB”), Carrefour shall not be engaged in the collection or remittance of any donation on behalf of Mastercard or any other person. Promotional images used in connection with the Ramadan Initiative are of actors, not of actual SFB beneficiaries. • For each eligible transaction on the Carrefourksa.com website and mobile application made using an eligible credit and/or debit card issued by Mastercard (each a "Card") from the 9^thof March until completion of Ramadan (as officially declared in KSA; expected to be around 8^th of April 2024, subject to change), Mastercard will make a donation to SFB as a contribution towards a meal, up to a maximum aggregate donation amount of US$200,000, amounting to approximately 60,000 meals.   
• Customers using a Card (“Cardholders”) will not incur any additional charges or fees in connection with any donation to be made by Mastercard as part of the Ramadan Initiative.
• These terms and conditions ("Terms") are in addition to the Carrefourksa.com Terms & Conditions   to which you agree to by using Carrefourksa.com. In the event of any conflict between the Terms & Conditions  and these Terms, these Terms prevail for the purposes of the Ramadan Initiative.
• This Ramadan Initiative will apply in respect of products sold by Carrefour or its third-party sellers on Carrefourksa.com ("Eligible Products"). Purchases of Carrefourksa.com Gift Cards are excluded from the Ramadan Initiative.
• Eligible transactions made by Cardholders with their Card during Ramadan will be automatically included in the Ramadan Initiative, no further action will be required to participate.
• The Ramadan Initiative shall not apply to payments made by customers using the cash on delivery payment method.
• Under no circumstance will the donation being made by Mastercard under the Ramadan Initiative be settled with cash in lieu by Carrefour to a customer or any other party.
• Carrefour may disqualify any Cardholder from participating in the Ramadan Initiative if the Cardholder is deemed to be engaged in any fraudulent activity in connection with the Ramadan Initiative.
• Carrefour reserves the right at any time to amend, add, remove and/or modify (in whole or part) any of the terms and conditions of these Terms.
• Nothing in these Terms amounts to a commitment by Carrefour to conduct further, similar or other initiatives.
• Any Cardholder participating in the Ramadan Initiative will be deemed to have accepted these Terms.
